The PTS body is designed to avoid the retention of product and the filter is continuously unclogged. All parts are easily accessible and, thanks to a design that conforms to GMP, easy to clean.
Powder can be transferred from almost every receptacle or machine and be charged into any type of receiver. Depending on the model selected, volumetric or gravimetric dispensing is possible. The materials of construction as well as any coatings which might be required, are selected in accordance with the product the PTS will have to handle. The PTS allows powder to be charged directly into closed vessels, including those under vacuum or pressure, in a totally safe way preventing the formation of dust or oxygen.
Thanks to its compact design, the PTS can very easily be integrated into existing production lines.
Few mechanical parts and a sturdy construction guarantee a long service life. Moreover, energy consumption is low. The system can easily be mounted directly on a vessel or is available as a portable unit.
